Abstract

In the given article the psychological peculiarities of teaching future navigators reading English profes- sional authentic documentation have been analyzed. The analysis of psychological mechanisms of perceptual transformation of foreign language information while teaching future navigators reading has been conducted. The content of psychological operations of English authentic sailing directions comprehension is described.
