Abstract

The article outlines the role of cartoons in the process of formation of civil consciousness of junior schoolchildren. The article analyses the problems which is the result of different, discrepant description of contemporary art animated cartoon. The article proposes the conception and the main components of methodical actions, directed to the development of civil senses, culture in the consciousness of junior schoolchildren.
