THE BLENDED LEARNING AS A FACTOR TO INCREASE THE YOUTH’S COMPETITIVENESS IN THE LABOUR MARKET

The problems of young people’s employment in Ukraine are identified in the article. It occurs due to the high requirements of employers. The survey of employer’s requirements for graduates of economic specialties is conducted. It is defined the most required competencies for the economic positions. The necessity of blended learning models in higher educational institution is proved. The opportunities and prospects of its implemen- tation are examined. The relationship between implementation of blended learning and increasing the young specialists’ competitiveness of in the labour market are determined.
