Abstract

The article is devoted to the program of psychological training of future managers of cultural and leisure activities to develop psycho-pedagogical technologies of formation and development of general and specific psychological skills by means of psychological training. An integrated approach to the formation of professional readiness of the future managers of cultural and leisure activities suggests the need to identify personal determinants of the respective components and structure of personality, methodological approaches and conditions for their professional growth.
