Abstract

The article is devoted to determination of conditions for developing a research environment
marine higher educational institution as the important factor of formation of a research culture
specialists of the Maritime industry. The author notes that certain conditions also contribute to the
formation of a research culture is an integral component of professionalism, which provides its
conformity to international requirements and standards for Maritime specialists.
