Abstract

Article is devoted to a question of definition of a level of development of pedagogical skill of
teachers of the South of Ukraine in mid.XIX – st. XX с. The author analyses a condition of school
education in the Kherson province in mid.XIX – st. XX с., historical preconditions of emergence of
a problem of formation of pedagogical skill of art teachers are defined.
