DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL AS MANAGER OF TEACHING AND UPBRINGING WORK (PEDAGOGICAL HERITAGE OF V. O. SUKHOMLINSKIY)

Abstract

The article examines different aspects of activity of contemporary director of school in the
light of director`s experience of V.O. Sukhomlinskiy. Analysis of essence of such notions as
"management of pedagogical process" and "school of pedagogical culture" in the context of
contemporary educational changes permitted to give definition of components of activity of director
as integral part of management systems of nowadays.
