SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR UPBRINGING OF THE MORAL GUIDANCE OF A PERSONALITY IN THE SOUTH OF UKRAINE IN THE SECOND HALF OF XIX – THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURIES

Abstract

Social and pedagogical conditions for upbringing of the moral guidance of a personality in
the South of Ukraine in the second half of the 19th century – the beginning of the 20th century by the
social institutions are considered in the article since this very problem required constant actions
and concern to form the ideal of a society where common law and responsibility of every person
were comprehended.
