Abstract

Normative legal providing of foreign languages teaching in real schools during the
educational reforms of the second half of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century was characterized,
which included: circular orders, instructions of the Ministry of Public Education, curricula and
programs, which were regulated by the variety of subjects by classes with the distribution of hours
for studying.
