CREATIVE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE TEACHER’S JOB DESCRIPTION AS THE SUBJECT OF EDUCATION (HISTORICAL ASPECT)

Abstract

The article deals with the creative basis of the teacher’s job description as the subject of education in historical aspect, the essence and content of the creative approach in preparation of teachers to educational work. On the basis of handling archival materials, publications in the press of that time, manuals and monographs of scholars and pedagogues we analyzed the main priorities of the teacher’s job description as the subject of education. The work reflects the dependence of the formation of teacher’s job description from the social order. The list of pedagogical abilities, representing a synthesis of many qualities of personality’s mind, feelings and will is determined.
