FUTURE TEACHERS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE HAVE SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO PROBLEM OF EDUCATION OF BILINGUAL CULTURE

Abstract

It is determined that changes are taking place at the heart of modern transformations, primarily in the field of education, the main principle of which is the training of a specialist capable of improving his professional qualities, reproducing and expanding his life experience, transforming the material conditions of society, his culture, accumulating and creating new values. Methodological approaches are grounded: system-synergetic, cross-cultural, environment, personality-oriented, competent in shaping the bilingual culture of future teachers of a foreign language in the whole educational educational environment of the higher pedagogical educational institution.
