DIDACTIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE FORMATION OF COM- MUNICATIVE CULTURE IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST OF AGRI- CULTURAL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The article concludes that due to the presence of favorable didactic and psychological conditions in the educational process, successful formation of the communicative culture of future specialists of the agrarian sector becomes possible. It is proved that favorable didactic and psychological conditions are: successful socialization and favorable social conditions; application of optimal speech mechanisms; implementation of methods of activating professional communication activities of future specialists; modeling speech situations in the educational process; motivational factors of training; cognitive activity of future specialists in the agrar- ian sector and development of their communicative behavior.
