Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the interpretation of the definition of “managers’ professional development” in domestic and foreign scientific research. It is analyzed related concepts – “development”, “adult professional development”, “continuous professional development”. It is proved the concept of “professional development of managers of structural units of communication enterprises”.
