COMPERATIVE ANALYSIS OF TEST METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF FORAMATION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE BANKING SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The test methods for determining the levels of professional qualities of future banking specialists have been analyzed in the article. Professional qualities of banking specialists have been classified by blocks: block of interactive qualities, block of design-business qualities and block of individual projective qualities. Based on the specific of the content of each group of the qualities the following criteria have been proposed: communicative, activity, personal. The indicators of proposed criteria have been grounded.
