PEDAGOGICAL METHODS OF FORMING ALGORITHMICALLY COMPETENCE OF FUTURE NAVIGATORS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of concepts „competence”, „jurisdiction”,
„professional jurisdiction”, and to determination of their differences. The concept „informatively
communication competence of specialist” was examined, and system of the competences of future
specialists of water-carriage was also studied. The pedagogical terms of forming of end-point result
of algorithmically qualified specialist were considered too.
