Abstract

In the article on the wide documentary base of European Union and domestic legislation
motion of processes of introductions of linguistic legislation ES is rotined in the normatively legal
acts of Ukraine, the national features of legislative decision of linguistic question are reflected, a
requirement is well-proven in the most rapid completion of this adaptation process.
