Abstract

The article defined the ways of optimization of management of educational process in the
establishments of postgraduate education of pedagogical personnel, realization of them helps to
perfect teaching process, its organization and raising the role of establishment of raising
qualification as center of unbreakable education of pedagogical personnel.
