THE MODERN MODELS OF THE MANAGER’S OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL POSTGRADUATE INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The main approaches to the development of the model of postgraduate education of managers of general educational institutions have been reflected in the article. The authors notes that managerial experience has formed in most of the managers of educational institutions in social and political conditions, which differ significantly from modern ones. Taking into account the peculiarities of the category of the managers of educational institutions as subjects of education, using the model of adult’s education D. Kolba, on the basis of the communicative and activitional approach, the authors reveals the content, tasks, forms and methods of teaching at each of the four stages: 1) the actualization of the acquired experience; 2) the reflection on existing own experience; 3) the development of new concepts and concepts, 4) the practice, the experimentation
