Abstract

The basis of the research was the need to determine the structure of the creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers. Are defined the epistemological, intersubjective, innovative, motivational-projective, informational-digital and professional-personal clusters of creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The harmonious correlation of components in the structure of the creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers enables effective research activities, provides systematic innovative updating of the content and methods of the educational process, forms the teacher self-actualization skills, self-organization, self-determination, and management of the dynamics of their own life-career opportunities.

Are determined that the development of creativity of scientific and pedagogical workers presents innovative, heuristic achievements of a specialist at various stages of his professional activity and is understood as the creation of new, innovative professional products and high results of scientific and pedagogical activity in the process of implementation of the creative, intellectual, operational, digital, organizational skills of a specialist.

In this context, alternative pedagogical practices, including creative pedagogy, are aimed at identifying intercultural mechanisms for the formation of the social and cultural experience of an individual, studying the practice of creating intercultural values for overcoming the limitations of one’s capabilities in order to actualize and self-realization.
