Discovered, that actualization of a family as a resource of the education causes necessity of an improve­ment of the level of the pedagogical education of parents, that one of the main function of the modern society must become spreading of the knowledge and experience of the education of parents, theoretical and practical preparation of parents to do their parent’s functions.
