Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the theoretical aspects for training out-of-school education specialists in sociocultural activities within communities. Methods: Literature analysis (legislative acts, scientific articles, and textbooks); theoretical analysis (various aspects of sociocultural activities and out-of-school education, analysis of their essence, goals, principles); information synthesis; comparative analysis; systems approach (the training of specialists is considered as a complex system that includes various components). Results. The article analyzes the theoretical aspects for training out-of-school education specialists specifically in the context of sociocultural activities in communities; addresses the issue of training out-ofschool education specialists in modern conditions, considering new challenges (for example, the need to work with internally displaced persons); formulates specific recommendations for improving the process of training out-of-school education specialists for sociocultural activities. Conclusions. The article defines the essence and content of the concept of “socio-cultural activity”, its purpose, object, subject and goals. The article also defines the concepts of “socio-cultural environment” and “sociocultural sphere”, indicates the purpose of out-of-school education, the subject and principles of training specialists in out-of-school education for socio-cultural activities in the community, and defines the concept of cultural leisure of schoolchildren. The directions of work to improve the educational process of out-of-school education specialists for socio-cultural activities are proposed. The importance of inclusive education and national-patriotic education is emphasized. The contradictions in the training of out-of-school education specialists are analyzed.
