PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF GERMAN NURSING PERSONNEL IN THE LIGHT OF EUROPEAN REQUIREMENTS

Abstract

The article reviews the main professional competences of German nursing personnel in the light of Euro- pean requirements. Based on a comparative analysis of native and foreign research works, normative legisla- tive documents of the EU, WHO, German laws, electronic resources on the problem under study and  zynthesis, generalization and systematization of theoretical provisions, contained in the above-mentioned authentic sources, concluded that the requirements put forward to the future nursing personnel in Germany due to the European normative legislative documents, emphasize its increasing role in the German health care system, motivate it to further professional growth.
