MODERN REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE CIVIL DEFENCE SERVICE EXPERTS

The article reviews the basic requirements for professional training of civil defence, which outlines the knowledge and skills they need to get during training. The results of the analysis to clarify the list of problems and scientists who have studied the preparation of civil defence experts. The basic task which at present rely on specialists in disaster management of industrial, natural, military and social issues. Emphasized that successful implementation of the requirements of the basic functions experts civil protection have been incorporated into the model, called professiogram. An important professional-quality, specific requirements that apply to civil defence experts and prospects for further improvement of professional training of civil defence in Ukraine.
