Abstract

The article regards the vocational economic education as a historical pedagogical problem. It also deals with the contents of teaching cooperation at the educational establishments of Galicia at the end of XIX th – the first half of the XX th century. The pedagogical role of economic education and its influence on the formation of the national self-consciousness of the Ukrainian youth is substantiated.
