SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF PREPARATION OF LEARNING MATERIALS ON UKRAINIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR COHERENT SPEECH DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS OF NON-PHILOLOGICAL SPECIALTIES

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of searching for a new scientific and methodological basis of preparationof educational materials on Ukrainian as a foreign language for coherent speech development of students of non-philological specialties. It investigates the main approaches to the development of teaching materials and makes an analysis of modern textbooks on the Ukrainian language as a foreign language. An attempt has been made to describe the structure and methodology of creating a new educational material on coherent speech development, which promotes the formation of communicative competence and skills of appropriate use of language facilities in communicatively meaningful situations.
