РЕФЕРЕНТНА ГРУПА ТА ЇЇ МІСЦЕ В ЖИТТІ ПІДЛІТКА

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems connected with the mechanism of influence of referent group on the social behavior of a personality of a teenager. The meanings of such notions as “referent group”, “leadership”, “social roles” are explained. The works of famous Ukrainian and foreign authors are analyzed. Some directions of life activity of referent groups are investigated, exactly: a) The conditions and the reasons of it’s formation; b) The process of leadership and the fulfilment of other roles by the members of the group; c) The process of working out of the group decisions, the effectiveness of the group activity.
