Abstract

It is described in the article the experience of V.A. Sukhomlinsky in mathematics teaching in middle school. Becomes clear the meaning of mathematics in connections with other subjects and in mental development of pupils. It is determined the role of school achievement valuation of pupils in mathematics study.
