Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of readiness Masters of Management Education to
implement innovative management; selected components and the level of future leaders of
secondary schools to innovative professional; considered practical training education managers to
innovative management of the institution; defined indicators of formation of future leaders of
educational institutions to innovate; presented a matrix of diagnosing Master of Education
Management for the content of their training in innovation management.
