Abstract

The article highlights issues that are critical to the quality assessment for higher education
both in the EU and Ukraine in the context of the Bologna Process. Basic international trends in
assessing the quality of education are analyzed. The introduction of educational audit to improve
the national quality assurance system for higher education is suggested.
