Purpose of the article is to analyze the organizational and pedagogical features of the communicative training of future officers of the Naval Forces of the United States of America in the 21st century. Methods. The study has been based on systemic, competence-based, and integrative approaches, which make it possible to consider communicative training as an integral component of the professional education of future officers. Results. Under the conditions of globalization, hybrid threats, and the growing role of international military cooperation, an officer’s communicative competence becomes a determining factor for effective command, leadership, and interaction in multinational operations. The article analyzes the structure of cadet training in the U.S. Navy, the role of humanities, foreign language training, leadership programs, and communication-oriented modules in the formation of professionally significant communicative skills. Particular attention has been paid to the use of active and interactive teaching methods, simulations, the case method, role-playing, and digital educational platforms, which contribute to the development of professional communication skills, critical thinking, and decision-making in complex environments. The importance of interdisciplinary integration in the training of officers has been substantiated, ensuring the combination of linguistic, tactical, and managerial components of professional activity. Conclusions. The identified organizational, pedagogical, and didactic approaches to the communicative training of future officers of the Naval Forces of the United States of America demonstrate the priority of preparing an officer as a communicatively competent leader, which is of direct relevance to improving the national system of training future officers of the Naval Forces of Ukraine. Key organizational and pedagogical conditions for effective communicative training of future U.S. Navy officers have been identified, which can be used to modernize Ukraine’s naval education system in the context of Euro-Atlantic integration.
