COMPETENTLY APPROACH TO LINGUISTIC DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN PRESCHOOL

Abstract

In the article is represented the analysis of the problem of competent approach to development of children speech in early and preschool age. The author compares the points of view foreign and Ukrainian scientists to the essence and description of terms “linguistic and vocal competences”, offers own attitude toward the examined phenomenon.
