MOTIVATIONAL ASPECT OF THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF MODERN SPECIALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Abstract

Much attention to the need to define the role of motivation in the formation of modern specialists’ professional competence is paid in the paper. Simultaneously the problem of increasing future specialists’ motivation to cognitive activity in the process of formation of their professional competence is considered in the article. Two tendencies that characterize students' age are defined.
