PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONALLY MOBILE TEACHER FORMING IN EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the pedagogical conditions necessary to facilitate mobility of students
of European universities, which in turn serves the formation of a professionally mobile educator.
The peculiarities of the ECTS functioning, as the necessary precondition of the student mobility in
different European countries has been revealed. The basic pedagogical conditions that ensure
promotion of teacher professional mobility and the peculiarities of their implementation have been
studied.
