Abstract

The article deals with the actual problems of children’s bikingual phenomena from the point
of view of psychology, psycholinguistics and lingua-didactics. The most important of them are
implemented in the method of teaching preschoolers Ukrainian language as the state one, they are
implemented also into the stating and grounding of the pedagogical conditions of relative bilingual
phenomena.
