ANTI-INNOVATION BARRIERS IN THE HISTORY OF PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION MOVEMENT IN UKRAINE IN XX CENTURY

Abstract

A retrospective analysis of the negative factors, or anti-innovation barriers, which hindered a successful introduction of pedagogical innovations in practice of Ukrainian school of XX century, was made in this paper. They include mechanical copying of the experience, administrative intrusion of the advanced experience, fast change and unreasonably large number of innovations. The lack of qualified studying of the essence of innovation evened its positive features, caused extreme evaluations before and after application, which, as a result, led to doubts in the efficiency and expediency of the next innovation. To ignore the acquired experience may become an obstacle for successful introduction of innovations at a current stage.
