THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE OFFICERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE AS SUBJECTS OF MILITARY-PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical problem of the formation and development of pro- fessional subjectivity in future officers during training in higher military educational institutions. The experi- ence of carrying out military service missions during the Operation of the Unified Forces undoubtedly points to the urgent need for changes in the training system of officers as the basis of the troops. The result of higher
military education in modern conditions is the formation of cadets – future officers of the ability to be the sub- ject of their lives, respond adequately to changes, readiness for military-professional activity and the ability to form social and educational subjectivity of subordinate servicemen, and most importantly – to perceive and broadcast in its military-professional activities. It is established that one of the main tasks of higher military education is the creation of conditions for mastering cadets – future officers of personal and professional sense, values, goals, content, ways and means of their development, first as subjects of educational activity, and then subjects of military –professional activity as officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The result of the above will be the ability of an officer to fulfill his main task – to effectively managesubord in at servicemen both in peace time and during combat tasks, to make informed decisions and to consciously
bear responsibility for them.
