SUPERVISE AS A COMPONENT OF SOCIAL WORK

Abstract

Supervision is a time for research, reflection, learning, problem solving and the ability to critically rethink them. Conducted responsibly, this process will help the social worker practice collaboration with colleagues, ability to work in accordance with the requirements and objectives of the organization. In the article the authors consider the use of advanced foreign experience of supervision in Ukraine, the main standards of supervision as a primary mechanism for improving the quality of social work.
