Abstract

The article proves the relevance of the problem of the professional development of trainers, trainers in phys- ical education, teachers of preschool educational institutions in the field of educational and recreational activi- ties. It is noted that one of the faces of this process is the professional competence of the teacher. The illuminating scientific approaches to the interpretation of this concept, its components. According to one of them, the circle of specialized competencies, the presence of which results in efficient implementation Methodist intensive technologies in the professional development of specialists of preschool educational institutions the process, among them – the communicative competence, interactive competence, competence igrotehnicheskaya, per- ceptual competence. Briefly characterized by each of them, and the conditions outlined ways to achieve them
