DIALOGICAL INTERACTION AS BASIS OF DIALOGIC CULTURE OF FUTURE PROFESSIONALS OF THE SEA

Abstract

In the article interaction is seen as the organization of purposeful professional activities among its members, consisting of the following components: active participant need for more active behavior of the target, the method of, the other party, which is directed to action, results. During the dialogic interaction communicative space creates common for business that facilitates the acquisition of knowledge communication. Dialogue is defined as the interaction position, the mechanism of consciousness, personal growth. Among the factors that determine the success and influence of interaction during the production process, broadcasting allocates as a form of communication between people, based on the formation of opinion. The need for agility, mobility and the need for fruitful cooperation in the sphere of professional activity determine the priority of dialogue in pro- fessional communication as part of the profession. Therefore dialogical culture can be seen as a fundamental characteristic of a professional activity especially in the marine spheredue to the conditions of the cooperation. High level dialogue culture is adequate reflection of subject-subjective nature of professional activity. Steps to creating a culture of dialogue is entirely dependent on dialogical, language, speech, communicative and cultural needs of the people engaged in the process. Consequently, the organization dialogic interaction is the main condition for the formation of dialogic culture – multidimensional process subject-subject interaction. This approach identifies ways to further study the components of the studied process
