WAYS OF IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TEACHER AND EDUCATOR IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPING TRAINING IN PRESCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
In the process of the modernization of the Azerbaijani education, there are new requirements that are im- posed on all levels of education, including the pre-school stage, and the education itself acquires new forms of development. The reforms implemented in the education system in recent years, the improvement of the content of education, the introduction of the new pedagogical technologies necessitate the provision of the developmental education. The education, which regulates all stages of the life cycle of a person, at different stages and levels also contributes to the assimilation of the necessary life values. This creates the conditions for learning, its development, and formation of cultural values. There are more obvious features in the educational paradigm of the modern world. The most important one is the problem of the formation of identity, or personality. In other words, the formation of personality is the main task of the education. All other activities serve this common purpose
