Abstract
Purpose. The article is devoted to the problem of formation of research skills in future teachers. It was found that research skills as the main component of the personality of the future specialist, include the leading characteristics of the process of professional development, reflect the universality of its links with the environment, reveal creative potential, stimulate the transformation of knowledge, skills and abilities to help adapt to dynamic conditions of today, namely, social mobility and confidence in the labor market. Methods. In the process of scientific search, we used empirical and theoretical methods of research: analysis of scientific and methodological sources, synthesis and generalization of theoretical provisions. To study the problem used systemic and activity methodological approaches. Results and conclusions. The definition of the concept of “research skills” as an integration domestication of personality, synthesis of its mental and practical actions, which ensure the implementation of multifunctional search engines is clarified. Expanding the features of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions aimed at forming research skills of future teachers of elementary school, the author identified the theoretical provisions on the formation of research skills during the study of the discipline “Methodology of Mathematics Training”. It has been found that the creation of an educational environment using the principle of “training through research” and the use of the educational process of relevant training technologies reveals new opportunities for the formation of research skills of students. The practical aspects of the use of problem learning methods in modern conditions, as an effective tool for the formation of research skills of future educational professionals. Examples of tasks of varying degrees of complexity and theme of micro-research, which are offered during the study of discipline “Methodology of training Mathematics” are presented.
