OPEN EDUCATIONAL ELECTRONIC RESOURCES AS AN INFORMATION BASE FOR POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The information revolution, which has become the driving force behind the development of the information society, has created a technological platform for the implementation of social, educational and cultural projects around the world. Knowledge production, its storage and high-speed transmission on the basis of high-level information technologies become the main resource of mankind. The integration of educational systems from different countries, the use of the experience of the leading universities of the world, the creation of a single world educational space is an urgent need for the development of the world community. Through the creation of a single educational space, the problems of recognition of educational systems in the Bologna process, the construction of transnational education throughout life, criteria and procedures for assessing foreign qualifications and periods of study, international access to education, and Europe-USA are addressed.
