USE OF THE KSU24 DIGITAL SERVICE IN THE ORGANISATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
Abstract
The purpose is a comprehensive analysis of the use of the KSU24 digital service in the organization of the educational process of a higher education institution, with a focus on assessing the impact of this platform on the quality of education, adaptation to modern conditions, development of professional skills, and opportunities for further improvement. Methods. In the course of writing the article, a number of the following research methods were used: method of analyzing methodological literature; theoretical (induction, analysis, systematization, comparison); empirical (interview, survey); methods of statistical processing. Results. An important tool for transformation was the KSU24 platform, which not only provided automated management of the educational process, but also became the basis for the integration of modern technologies into education. It allowed us to optimize communication between students, teachers, and administration, and provided convenient access to educational materials, which is critical during the war. Blended learning, which is being implemented at Kherson State University, opens up new opportunities for the development of education, creating conditions for active participation of students in the educational process. Conclusions. The KSU24 platform is an effective tool for modern learning that helps to adapt the educational process to new requirements and standards. Thus, Kherson State University has become not only an adaptive but also a proactive participant in the educational process in crisis situations. Digitalization, which is being actively implemented by the university, is not only a response to the challenges of today, but also a guarantee of its competitiveness in the future. Innovative tools, such as KSU24, are becoming key to optimizing the interaction between all participants in the educational process and increasing its overall efficiency. The experience of Kherson State University can serve as a valuable reference point for other educational institutions seeking to introduce new technologies and adapt their strategies to modern conditions.
