ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS: AN INTEGRATION APPROACH bASED ON THE ExPERIENCE OF THE VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT KSU24

Keywords: adaptive management, integrative approach to educational and adaptive management of HEIs, virtual educational environment KSU24

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical justification and practical analysis of adaptive management of educational and administrative processes of higher education institutions based on an integration approach, as well as to highlight the experience of implementing the KSU24 virtual educational environment as a tool for ensuring stability, transparency and continuity of the university's functioning in conditions of crisis challenges. Methods. In the process of determining the relevance of the outlined problem, a set of appropriate interrelated methods was applied: theoretical (analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources), content analysis of the results of implementing an integration approach in the management practice of Kherson State University. Results. The article examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of management of educational and administrative processes in higher education institutions in the context of digital transformation. The author justifies the need to implement adaptive management, which is based on the integration of modern information technologies, analytical tools and flexible organizational models. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the experience of using the virtual educational environment KSU24, developed and implemented at Kherson State University, as an example of a successful digital ecosystem to support the educational process, administration and management decision-making. The study considers the architecture of the KSU24 platform, its functional modules, mechanisms for personalizing educational content, monitoring academic success, etc. Innovations are proposed that take into account dynamic changes in the educational environment, individual needs of participants in the educational process and challenges associated with hybrid and distance learning formats. The results of the implementation of KSU24 indicate an increase in transparency, efficiency, and validity of management decisions, as well as an increase in the level of satisfaction of both applicants and teachers. Conclusions. The proposed methodological approach involves the formalization of key educational and administrative processes, the definition of control points and indicators of the effectiveness of their implementation. It combines the use of digital tools, administrative solutions and process templates for the implementation of virtual educational environments in higher education institutions. For the structuring and visualization of processes, in particular, the results of the analytical modules of the KSU24 platform, which allow monitoring the status of processes and assessing the achievement of expected results. The results of the study show that a clear structuring of processes and the definition of control points simplifies the integration of digital solutions, increases the transparency of management decisions and reduces the number of errors. The proposed approach allows you to quickly respond to changes, maintain the stability of the educational process and ensure quality control of educational services. Process models and templates can become the basis for the implementation of similar solutions in other higher education institutions.
