THE USE OF THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENT OF THE SPECIALTY “TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION” DURING THE SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING

Abstract

The article deals with the possibility of using the creative potential of a master’s degree student in “Technological education” for the period of his scientific and pedagogical training. The features, contents and ways of development the students` creative potential at the period of scientific and pedagogical training at university are actualized.

The article describes the types of scientific and pedagogical training and forms of research work of master’s degree students. The multi-level process of development the creative potential of students is based on the principles: the combination and reorganization of man’s natural features and characters under the influence of living conditions; the compensation of opportunities, individualization, inconsistency, moral mediation; the creative outbreaks.

It was considered the connection of creativity with creative potential, which manifests in the ability to generate new ideas, to deviate from traditional patterns of thinking and behavior, in the speed and flexibility of thinking, in the man’s character. The main tasks of research, educational and pedagogical work of students are revealed and the term “scientific and pedagogical training” is introduced at the article.

The specificity of teachers of technological education training in the magistracy lies in the organization of the educational environment, which contributes to the development of creative thinking, creative energies and their implementation. University teachers should organize a didactic space to stimulate the creative potential of the master’s degree students of “Technological education” using the leading forms and methods (work in pairs, the use of creative tasks, the creation of problem situations, etc.). However, it is necessary to give students the opportunity to learn their future trade.

The most productive technologies and forms of training in the development of creative potential of students are the problem and search, design and research, collective technology training.
