PECULIARITIES OF FORMATION OF SPEECH COMPETENCE OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the formation of the speech competence of preschool children in the educational process of modern special education. The meaning of the concepts “competence” and “competency” is revealed. Speech competence in the context of the State Standard of Preschool Education is understood as a multi-component education that includes the following competences: lexical, phonetic, grammatical and diamonological. The most significant communicative skills of preschoolers were analyzed, such as: skills related to perception, the ability to navigate in a communication situation, skills related to reproduction. It has been proven that communicative and speech activity is inseparable from cognitive, game, research, artistic and others, in which situations of speech response, acceptance of a certain role constantly arise. It is emphasized that an important task of a preschool teacher is to create positive motivation for every action of a preschool child in the process of learning and upbringing, as well as organizing situations that will cause the need for communication. It is emphasized that the speech and communication experience of a preschool child is especially relevant nowadays, as well as the active practice of consciously solving speech tasks that arise in a certain situation. Competition games, dramatization games, moving games, creative games, acting games, story role-playing games, conversations, dramatization, free and thematic drawing, reading of works of art and discussion of poems, improvisation, stories are used in order to form speech competence in pre-schoolers, childrens mini-competitions, literary quizzes. The article clearly outlines the conditions for overcoming difficulties in the communication of preschool children. It is noted that the communicative abilities of preschool children include the desire to enter into contact, the ability to communicate, compliance with generally accepted norms and rules in communication with peers and adults.
